Drop your clubs at the Bag Drop and park in the covered car park. Take the lift or the stairs to the lobby and check in at the proshop. Walk through the proshop to access the locker rooms and the clubhouse restaurant. Your caddie will wait for you with your clubs at the starter area opposite the practice putting green.

Caddies are a part of Thai golf culture, and will potentially greatly enhance your golfing experience. As with all clubs in Thailand, caddies are mandatory at Black Mountain. The caddie fee is paid in the pro shop when you check in. A tip to your caddie after the round is also customary. Tipping starts at 400 baht and upwards, depending on your satisfaction with the caddie's performance.

At Black Mountain, your caddie will drive your golf cart, so cart sharing is not possible.

The driving range and practice areas are available to all members, green fee guests and Black Mountain Resort guests. There is a shuttle service between the clubhouse and the driving range. Please arrive at the club at least one hour before your tee time if you wish to use the practice facilities.

Black Mountain has a relaxed dress code but expects players to wear appropriate golfing attire.

Playing from the White tees, the course is approximately 6,300 yds in length. This is the most popular tee to play from. Playing from the Yellow tees, the course is approximately 6,000 yds long, a good option for higher handicap and senior players. Ladies normally play from the Red tees. Lower handicap longer hitting golfers looking for a challenge may wish to play from the Blue tees.

If the course is closed due to prolonged and excessively heavy rain, and 8 holes or less have been completed, a green fee voucher for 18 holes will be issued. Caddie and cart fees cannot be refunded
